Maynard, Inc. is a proven manufacturer of technically challenging tube and duct assemblies in all alloys including Titanium, Inconel, Aluminum and Stainless. Our bend services include CNC mandrel bending of thin wall tubing, hardware installation via Orbital Weld, Tube Flaring and Beading, and Internal/External Swaging along with proof pressure testing of tube assemblies and ported machined components.
Maynard, Inc.’s state of the art CNC tube bending machines along with our Accurex Vision 3D Tube inspection system and extensive tooling inventory provide high production repeatability as well as low volume complex bending with high value. Maynard has developed a unique combination of non-metallic and metallic bend tools for most diameters. The materials and configurations integrate the latest evolution of lean processes and reduce set up time, run time and dramatically improve quality.
